Some of the tips to maintain body:

To relax every one need good sleep, good quantity of water is necessary for body.

One tablespoon of honey, milk, turmeric powder and lemon juice mix thoroughly, apply gently on face wash after 20 min. Get good looking.

Use Lemon juice and Tomato juice to become fair.

For soft face mix some yogurt and yeast apply, than rinse with cold water.
