Stamina is the resilient power of the body. The level of stamina varies from person to person. In addition, it depends on the state of the body factors like age, sex and any aliments. The level of stamina increases with constant and continuous efforts.

Lack of stamina in the body causes of many health related problems like fatigue and lethargy. Our efficiency to work also decreases and our body is exposed to many diseases. Hence, stamina is very essential for a vital and prolonged life.

To improve the stamina the following steps can be followed:

1. Weight training is the most suitable method to improve the stamina

2. Running briskly like going for jogging every day morning will be suitable to increase your stamina easily.

3. Try increasing the time of your exercise.

4. Swimming also will help you. Swimming every day will work on the muscles of your body thus improving the stamina.

5. Trekking and yoga can also help you to increase your stamina
