2. Avoid refined, processed and canned foods.

3. Certain spices that add nourishment to your hair can be added with the food while cooking. The spices are cumin, turmeric, and black pepper.

4. Time management is very important for healthy hair since stress can seriously injure the long term and color of the hair. Mediation can be practiced to relax you. Get adequate and good quality of sleep to regain your energy and to balance your mind.
